I try to answer all my e-mails, but I'm usually fairly busy, and promise to get back to you as quickly as I can. Also, note that many people mis-type their e-mail address, and I can't return your mail. The cost is $3.00 in the continental US, and outside the US, $1.00 plus actual shipping.
Payment can be made through PayPal, with a 20% fee for PayPal, as they do take their cut off the top. Details will be ironed out in e-mail.
Also, if you do not receive a reply, consider that it may be because your e-mail is set up to refuse e-mail from unknown addresses. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to reply to people only to have their ISP send me a reply that my address is unknown, and therefore considered spam.
